Membership in this classification shall be open to any individual listed as the Principal Officer or Qualifying Individual of the licensed mortgage company with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System. Dues paid in full as of fifteen (15) days prior to the convening of a general meeting of the membership shall be considered to be in good standing and entitled to vote at said meeting. $250 New or Renew

Membership in this classification shall be open to any individual who is licensed solely as a loan originator and is not the Principal Officer or Qualifying Individual of the licensed mortgage company with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System. Dues paid in full as of fifteen (15) days prior to the convening of a general meeting of the membership shall be considered to be in good standing and entitled to vote at said meeting. $99 New or Renew

Associate Membership is not open to parties qualifying to be Professional or Affiliate Members. Associate Members shall not have a vote in the affairs of the Association, but may serve on committees. $99 New or Renew

Affiliate members shall not have a vote in the affairs of the Association except those that serve in a position on the Board of Directors or in a committee position relative to that position. $400 New or Renew

Membership in this classification shall be open to individuals, partnerships or corporations whose business is other than that of a licensed mortgage broker or lender, but having an interest in supporting mortgage professionals in general and the Association in particular.
